Not going to give a link to the com in question, since they don't need the advertisment, but really, if you hate something, is there really a need to waste all that much time on it?

yeah, at least when this same troll tried it in VM fandom, almost all of the responses were from people asking to be de-friended cause they didn't want to have anything to do with it...

I'd see it as a good thing, it's better to be mentioned, than it is to be ignored. These people woudln't still be as upset, if they hadn't realized how great Spike is, and there's nothing they can do about it*eg*

In answer, I don't see him as just the nice sweet daddy figure that a lot of people seem to make him (even though I do see him as Buffy's father, and believe he loved her as a daughter and did the best he could for her), but I like him plenty as a character*g*

That's a world of wrong. I glanced at a few of the new comm's comments and was instantly turned off by the vicious anti-Spuffy ranting about how "lame" it was that Spike won his soul. I'd respond to that in an equally vituperative tone, but I don't want to validate that kind of asinine sentiment by arguing with them.

Suffice it to say, I'm not joining.

I read the summary of something yesterday, rolled my eyes, and decided to skip before even clicking the link. Am I to conclude that I was right in doing so?
