Vid help needed

Hmmm, I seem to have a problem.
I tried to upload my new vid to my webspace, yet it seems that for some reason, it would take four hours to download it*grumble*

Now I have cable, and usually when I download a vid, even a big one like this, it'd only take me about five minutes at most.

Anyone have a clue what could be the cause of it. And if not, anyone have some webspace with normal download speed for me?

For anyone interested, it's my attempt at an Angel/Spike vid, about 16MB on a Tom Waits song called 'Waltzing Mathilda'
