Another thing to think about... Peter's role in Civil war.

Hell, in this new version of reality, it seems that Tony didn't even know who Peter was. I mean, Peter's still living with aunt May at May's old place and SHIELD hasn't shown up yet to arrest him.

And unlike Matt, Peter does not have the benefit of being able to sue if he's accused of being Spider-Man.

It's yet another thing to despise about BND, if Peter's still living with aunt May, putting her at the risk of having cops or SHIELD agents show up at any moment, and still hasn't told her of the risk she's in, then he's some damn irresponsable jerk. And most definitely not the Spider-Man I've been reading about for 20+ years.
