Feb. 7th, 2013 08:48 pmyou know, I've been feeling rather tired for the past few months. But I mostly figured it was because I'm eating less or something like that. Well that or the fact that I now work both in the morning and the evening.
Turns out there's actually a physical reason for it. I went to my doctor for a check up yesterday, and it seems I have a serious vitamin D deficiency, which according to Google can lead to feeling exhausted (amongst others). I just hope that when I get those vitamins, that I'll finally stop feeling so tired and be able to focus more on writing.

I generally end up taking D-5,000s about nine months of the year here (the cloudy months) and cut back to D-2,500 during the three months of sun.

Feel better!
