1. I don't care what anyone says. Supernatural s7 rules. Yes it hurts that Cas and Bobby died. Yes, things aren't easy. But the stories so far have been well written, characterization has been great and I love Dean more with every ep.

2. I love Juliette on Grimm. She's kind and quiet and not too overly quirky or annoying. She's smart, brave, and is building more and more of an actual character without having to be the badass chick.

3. Though I love Monroe (I mean, who wouldn't), he's not my favorite character on Grimm. Nick is. I think it's because quirky and adorable as Monroe is, he's not that rare a character. Nick on the other hand is. A kind genuinely decent guy without too many issues, who is actually the main character of the show.

I know, sounds boring right, but it isn't. Much as I love Dean Winchester issues and all, I've already got a Dean, and I love that Grimm's leading man isn't just a copy of the many troubled main characters that there are plenty of on other shows.

Nick is layered, but he's that way without being angsty about it. And when he gets all BAMF, like say when he volunteers to go into the ring to protect Monroe, not cause he's all macho, but as a delay tactic so the back up he actually asked for can arrive on time. I love it when people aren't stupid just for the sake of it, it makes them look even more bad ass when they end up having to face a guy who's killed the last six people he fought in the ring, based on nothing but knowledge of a single weakness, and sheer guts.

4. Grimm is awesome. Especially the friendship between Nick and Monroe, which doesn't even hit me as slashy.

5. Unpopular opinion, I'm not all that interested in Renard, I'm much more interested in Juliette, Hank and officer Wu, yes I'll be hiding under a rock now. But honestly, Renard interests me the most when he's being a good boss. And I have no interest in shipping him with Nick either. It's weird, because I usually like the messed up power imbalance kind of thing. Ah well...

6. I need more SPN now.

7. Once Upon a Time is starting to bore me and I've given up on Person of Interest

8. I miss Mega Upload

9. Anyone else watching Switched at birth? Bay is slow but steadily becoming my fave TV teen of all time. I can't wait to see more of her every week. And her scenes with Emmet rock.

10. Took my theoretic driving classes all of last week, and hoping to have my exam on monday so I can get a learner's permit. Anyone want to help me pray for a successful result?

I like your post. I'm not the only one getting bored with OUaT and Person of Interest. I'm sad about it, because both shows have tremendous potential. The premises alone (even before I saw the pilots) had me hooked.

I haven't given up completely, but things had better turn around and soon. It is still Feb. sweeps, so maybe with the next few episodes things will pick up.

Now, Grimm is definitely moving upward in my book and for all the reasons you mentioned. Nick is bad-ass and very smart, and that's becoming more and more obvious every week. Last night's episode was excellent!

Good luck with your exams... !! :D

I've really been enjoying season seven of spn too. I think they've been doing really good work.

I also tried OUaT, but it just didn't do anything for me. Just too much, I guess. I dunno. I think I'm going to check out that new show 'Awake' that's premiering soon--though I'm with you on Megaupload, I'm having the hardest time finding place to watch/download the shows. What the hell... :-/

The thing with Renard for me at least is... I want to know what he is!! After watching this episode, I'm wondering if he's a Lowen, or whatever. Lion-folk. Between him knowing about and being somewhat in on the lowen fights, and then the rhetoric between him and that priest. It made it sound like they were all one in the same, brothers of sorts, know? But you'd think Nick would have picked up on it at some point in time--they've been in some stressful situations together, and nothing? I'm dying of curiosity, though.

Good luck on your exam!

I am loving S07 .... I have to cause S06 was so bad. But I'm missing Cas and Bobby . But on the upside, just another week and I get to see them cause I'm going to the Burbank Con.

Dont like OUaT. Just doesn't do it for me. But now I have to go and watch some Grimm. You've got me interested and I've only seen the first one.

Yes, I have really been loving this season as well. I guess because the brothers have mostly been on the same page.

Yes, I do enjoy that Nick is truly an upstanding cop without truckloads of idiosyncrasies or angst and baggage. I think his work partner seems to be of the same material, which I like. I look forward to finding out about Renard. I love him as their boss, because he does act like a good boss. But what is his deal with the "creature world"? He is some sort of royalty, but does that put him at odds with Nick? It definitely seemed so at first when he tried to kill his aunt, and him too, right? I just hope they don't get rid of him, because I like him.

I'm still really enjoying Person of Interest, and I am super excited they have Enrico Colantoni as their long term nemesis. I love that actor!

Once Upon a Time is sort of getting old, but I can still watch it for now. One show I did give up on was Alcatraz.

I love Bay hard core, man. I love the whole show, really, but Bay & Bay/Emmett are usually the highlight of my week.

Hm, I wonder if some people are just Grimm people and others are OUaT people.

all the best on your driving test.

and yes, Juliette and Wu are terrific characters. (and, like you, I think the writers should just let Renard be the boss and stop trying to get him involved in more things than Nick is)

I'm so excited to have a flisty who posts about Grimm! I rarely did cause no one commented on it and well no one really watches it so i felt like i was talking to myself!
I love Juliette! I'm so excited to see what they do with her! Her and Nick are sooooo cute!!!
Nick is like one of my fav tv leading men right now!! I really hope this show goes on for a long time cause i'm just loving it!!
I love Munroe too. I think he's rather amusing, and i like him with Rosalee! I was happy to see him cause I was a big fan of Prison Break so i liked seeing him on this show!
