Copy this sentence into your livejournal if you're in a heterosexual marriage, and you don't want it "protected" by the bigots who think that gay marriage hurts it somehow.

I'm not married, and I'm not dating, and I live in a country where gay marriage has been legal for years.

Surprise surprise, heterosexual marriage has not been hurt by gay marriage. In fact there's been no effect whatsoever, other than that now, gay people have the same rights that hetersexual people do.

Americans, please vote against any amendment that's a bigoted pile of trash, likes th ones trying to ban gay marriage.

And oh yes, isn't there a thing in the bible against worshiping false idols? I'm pretty sure it's in the ten commandments.

From all I've read about, this is for real. I can hardly believe it myself. I mean, these are the same people who blame gay marriage in California for the Wallstreet Crash.

I know....I hate having to explain my faith against the image it has been given! They have taken the command not to take God's name in vain to the limits (misrepresenting God is the ultimate breaking of that command IMHO).
