As much as Phelps disgust me, the contra-protests that his demonstrations seem to cause, tend to fill my heart with joy. Like those biker guys who protect the funerals of US soldiers against this hate cult. And now here, where ordinary Canadians use the power of their voice and phone, to protect an innocent family mourning a horrifying loss.
Honestly, those Westboro people disgust me. As they would any sane person.
By now, I'm starting to think that the day Phelps dies, his funeral will probably cause a mass celebration. One that should involve a huge gay pride parade. Or maybe just a large demonstration stating that God hates hate mongers.
