liliaethI'm feeling a bit numb right now.
My grandmother passed away yesterday afternoon. We'd been expecting it for the past six months. In fact, when she first came home from the hospital, the doctor's told her she only had a few more weeks. She ended up outlasting my greatgrandmother and got to be there for one last family christmas party, with all her children, children in law and grandchildren present.
It's going to be weird, knowing she's gone.
That and I'm going to have to find a way to get my comics out of her attic and back here, because my uncle is refusing to help me move them. And to think people say I'm insensitive, I was trying not to mention them yesterday when I went to see my mom at grandma's place, and he just suddenly had to start nagging about them.
Talking about bringing up inappropriate stuff*grumble*
I know I should be sadder, but the thing just is that we basically spent the past six months saying goodbeye to Bommeke. So right now, I'm more numb than anything...
