I just think he's perfect to play Peter Parker.
He's cute, but not so much that you can't believe him as the geek. He's sweet and funny and totally a regular guy. Which is exactly all the things I love about Spidey*eg*

I don't think he's at all cute. I agree with the regular guy bit though.

Those are all the things I like in Spidey too. I just personally don't see them in Toby Maguire. He's just not for me, though I can see why other people like him.
