It wasn’t supposed to have been much of anything. Just lust. An easy pick up from a guy that he could pretend was Angel. Some big, tall broody, …Celt, that looked just enough like Angel that he could pretend it was him if he looked sideways. He hadn’t expected the man’s hands to feel so soft on his skin. He hadn’t expected that voice to send shudders through his nerves as his lips oh so gently nibbled his ears.
He hadn’t expected to fall in love with him.
Spike looked away, he knew he had to leave. What good could a wretch like him ever offer to a man like this? Duncan turned just as he was about to get out of the bed.
“Where are you going?”
Spike forced himself to harden.
“It was fun alright, don’t make a big deal of it.”
Duncan smiled. ”We could have more.”
He lay there, all sexy and what more. Spike tried to fight his heart, he didn’t want to fall for those big brown eyes looking at him. He didn’t want to be broken once more, didn’t want to love only to lose once again.
“I can’t.”
But Duncan whispered in his ear and Spike found himself pulled back into the bed. Moaning as Duncan’s warm breath sent goosebumps all over his body.
“Don’t worry William, let me take care of you.” He whispered.
Spike’s surrender was inevitable.
