Going to try and do the fanfic meme

1 – How did you first get into writing fanfic, and what was the first fandom you wrote for? What do you think it was about that fandom that pulled you in?
Man, that's a hard one. I think the first fandom I ever wrote fanfic in was technically Marvel. Sure it was an original school for superhumans, with my own original characters that had only a rare few connections to canon Marvel, but still, it was basically a Marvel verse fic.
I wanted to try and create characters of my own, and I think I came up with over 300 or so. Basically the idea was a school that actually felt like a school, and not just a small classroom. And then I came up with their families, and the town they lived in, and how everything would work. I still sometimes like to think back to that school and how I'd write a fic about that verse today.
Think I've posted only about one or two fics of that verse online.
Other than that, Highlander. First fic with actual canon characters, first Mary Sue as well*g*
I still use the online name Liliaeth that I got from my first major oc when I needed a name for my email, and that I've been using for over fifteen years now.
I just liked to explore the effect of age and guilt beyond what Methos allowed us to deal with. And of course, like every newbie writer, I decided that my oc's had to be related to Methos, cause you know, they ain't as cool if there isn't some connection to a canon char. I blame it on youth and inexperience*g*
2 – Name the fandoms you've written in, and how much you've written in that fandom, and if you still write in it.
No idea about the numbers, and honestly, I don't even have all the fics I've ever written online anymore.
Marvel(sort of) , First there was the Delhouney institute verse, which as mentioned in response to question one, was a superhuman school set in the marvel universe.
Highlander, over a dozen, most of them center around oc's. I occasionally have ideas for this fanfic, mostly spn crossovers centering around the pairing of Richie Ryan/Jo Harvelle
Btvs, once again, dozens of fics, but to
spikes_heart's great regret, i've mostly lost my muse for this fandom. Last fic I wrote in this fandom was a BTVS/SPN crossover.
Marvel (again), This time mostly Spider-Man fics, with some smaller Marvel fandom fanfics written for Yuletide. I do still think of writing in it, and probably will sign up for it for Yuletide, but Dan Slott has ruined a lot of my love for the fandom
Criminal Minds Grimm, the Listener, NCIS, ... all of which are fandoms I'm in, and I've written one or more fanfics for them, mostly crossovers, and I probably would write them again, if I get the right inspiration, probably either for yuletide or as a crossover though.
Supernatural (and spn rps), my current main fandom, dozens of fics, and still writing for it. My only regret with the fandom is how Sam/Jared and Castiel centric the fandom is becoming. Especially sicne my main interest is and always will be, Dean, regardless of the pairing.
Teen Wolf, my other current fandom. And the one I would have already transitioned into, if it weren't for the complete and utter lack of decent fanfics to drag me into it. (I know there's good fics, but the fandom is so infested with Sterek and Stiles-centric fics, that it's hard to find anything actually worth reading.
And it's not even like I'm that difficult, I just want some good Scott-centric fics, preferably with minimal Stiles, I'm fine with almost any pairing, hell I'll even read Sciles, long as Scott's the emotional center of the fic instead of Stiles. But so far it's like finding a needle in a haystack.
I've written a few fics in this fandom, most of them Scott-centric. The hard part is keeping in mind that Scott does not share my low opinion of Stiles ;-)
